客户身份识别实践Customer Identification Practices

VertexIP 会在账户注册、套餐购买、资源开通、异常使用审查及企业合作过程中，基于业务风险执行合理的客户身份识别与使用目的核验。

我们可能要求客户提供账户信息、企业信息、联系方式、业务用途说明、付款信息、访问来源、技术配置或其他用于确认账户真实性与合规用途的材料。

VertexIP 保留对高风险、异常、虚假、不可验证或违反平台政策的账户进行限制、暂停、终止或要求补充材料的权利。客户应确保提交的信息真实、准确、完整，并仅将服务用于合法、合规、授权的业务目的。

VertexIP may conduct reasonable customer identification and use-case verification during account registration, plan purchase, resource activation, abnormal-use reviews, and enterprise cooperation.

We may request account information, company information, contact details, intended-use statements, payment information, access sources, technical configuration, or other materials needed to verify account authenticity and compliant use.

VertexIP reserves the right to restrict, suspend, terminate, or request additional materials for accounts that are high-risk, abnormal, false, unverifiable, or in violation of platform policies. Customers must ensure submitted information is true, accurate, complete, and use the services only for lawful, compliant, and authorized business purposes.
