我们会根据资源类型、地区、可用性、稳定性和业务风险对代理资源进行管理，并持续监测异常流量、滥用行为、投诉反馈和安全事件。

客户不得将 VertexIP 的代理资源用于未经授权访问、欺诈、攻击、垃圾信息、恶意爬取、侵犯隐私、规避安全机制或其他违法违规用途。

VertexIP is committed to organizing and managing proxy resources in a compliant, transparent, and reviewable manner. Proxy resource access, allocation, and use must comply with applicable laws, platform policies, and acceptable-use requirements.

We manage proxy resources based on type, region, availability, stability, and business risk, and continuously monitor abnormal traffic, abuse, complaints, and security incidents.

Customers may not use VertexIP proxy resources for unauthorized access, fraud, attacks, spam, malicious scraping, privacy violations, security bypassing, or any unlawful or non-compliant purpose.
